How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by contacting [email protected] with your, or your child’s full name and the reason for cancellation. There is a 1-month compulsory cancellation policy, therefore the next payment post-cancellation will be the final one. Please note that we generally process cancellations within 3 – 5 working days and that should you wish to rejoin at a future date please note the following:
- Any previous discounts will no longer be applicable and any current offers cannot be utilised to rejoin.
- There will be a sign up fee of £50 to join (this is waived on your initial sign up) and covers administration fees to rejoin.
How do I freeze/unfreeze my membership?
We do not offer the option to freeze memberships. In the circumstance exclusively of injury that stops you from training, we can pause your membership for one month billing cycle, and your billing will automatically recommence on the following month cycle. Unfortunately injury is the only reason that memberships can be paused.
If any pause continues beyond the one month pause, then your membership will be cancelled. Please note that reinstated memberships following cancellation have a £50 sign-up fee.
I haven’t been to class, how can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for unused memberships. If you no longer wish to be a member, you must cancel your membership before your billing date. Please note, all cancellation requests must be received BEFORE your billing date.
