How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by contacting [email protected] with your, or your child’s full name and the reason for cancellation.

How do I freeze/unfreeze my membership?

We do allow the option to freeze memberships. This will be at management’s discretion. Pauses are not permitted for indefinite time periods. If you wish to cancel your membership, please note there will be a £50 sign-up fee if you want to rejoin later.

I haven’t been to class, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for unused memberships. If you no longer wish to be a member, you must cancel your membership before your billing date. Please note, all cancellation requests must be received BEFORE your billing date. There is a 1-month compulsory notice for policy cancellations.
